For all coffee products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, as coffee is a perishable product and we roast daily to make sure you have the freshest cup. For any other items including brewing gear and apparel, we will certainly accommodate a return or exchange. Simply download the form here, fill out to completion, place it back in the box with any original packaging, and send to the address below via your favorite carrier. We do not provide prepaid labels.
